Today the Tiki bar received a little use. A good friend stopped by to see how I was doing. We kicked back a few beers, had a couple cocktails, and grilled some awesome lemon pepper chicken.

The chicken turned out well. It was so tasty that C-Los had 4 of these and I had 1. All together, that was 2.5 pounds of lip smacking good Aldi’s chicken tenderloin. Two pounds for him and .5 for me.

Now that I have a hitch, we made some plans for taking the boat out and doing some sailing on Lake Michigan. He’s got a cute little one that is the perfect size for me to tow.
