Shures Network Upgraded

The Shures Network has been upgraded with a 2nd DSL line for redundancy and load balancing. Available bandwidth is now 6016 Kbps (down) / 1024 Kbps (up). The 9-5 Cam was also added.

As always, the Shures Network is powered by open source.
